Shari's

My food was cold and undercooked. The waitress was nice but took forever to come check back and seemed irritated when we wanted more.

It WAS an unexpectedly busy morning at this Sharis, but we were seated quickly and requested drinks brought promptly. Waited much longer than expected for an order that didn't need special cooking (e.g. cinnamon roll--somewhat dry, quiche with fruit & one pancake). The quiche was luke warm at best and the ham sprinkles were on top of the quiche, not baked inside which I would have expected given the description. The fruit pieces were cut but seemed dry, like they had been sitting out for awhile. The service was fine. We did not feel rushed. I usually go to the Sharis in Cedar Mill (on Cornell) where the food has always been fresh and promptly served.

Sat for 15 minutes waiter never even came by or looked at us

first i ordered the senior seafood dinner which i have many times before, i also ordered coleslaw for my side, i was then told they were out of coleslaw which happens he offered me potato salad instead i told him i guess that would be ok but i already have a baked potato coming with the dinner he brought the dinner and forgot the potato salad but then i found half a plate of tater tots which i had no idea i was getting and never have before, i asked the waiter why i got tater tots and he said he had no idea and enjoy them then he brought the potato salad too, the shrimp were way overcooked and the little piece of fish was pathetic the baked potato was lukewarm at best didnt even melt the butter and i never saw the waiter until i flagged him down for a refill of the drink i have many times ate at your restaurant but the quality seems to be going down i hope i dont have another experience like this thanx for listening, myron king

the waitress was very short with us and did not really speak to us or ask us how the food was. She tried to rush us out the door never smiled or anything.When she brought us our food she kind of slid it on the table and dindt say a word. Not I hope you enjoy or a smile and say here ya go or anythign.. Just slid on the table and walked off

It seems the cook staff is under trained or unqualified so much of the time at this Shari's. The food isn't very tasty or temperature is not hot when it's delivered to the table.

No greeting. Food took very long and was not hot. Server didn't come by to check on us or let us know progress of food. No refils. Paid a high price for mediocre food.

Scrambled eggs were cold on plate, 3 pcs of my french toast were over cooked (too hard & crispy) and 1 pc , the egg was barely cooked on the inside. The 2 sausages I received were not even browned on the outside and cold (as in from the refrigerator) in the middle. The other meal included tater tots that had not been cooked til crispy. Not able to spear with a fork, they fell apart. And, we experienced the longest wait time to receive our meals that I have ever encountered at Shari's.

We eat at Shari's quite often, but the Beaverton location seems to always serve lukewarm or cool food. We don't understand the problem with that unless the heat lamps aren't working. It would be nice to receive hot food - maybe by warming the plates ahead of time?

The hostess/waitress Was not at all friendly, Acted as if we were bother for her.
