I ordered a simple order of pancakes. The pancakes were cooked until they were toasted on the outside and they were cold. Worst pancakes I have ever had.

I received one of your $5 off coupons in my e-mail. There were no prices on-line at your website, so just decided to drive five minutes in to Shari’s. As I was by myself I didn't want to eat alone I decided to order take out. I ordered a Mediterranean burger with fries. Still no prices on the take-out menu. Imagine my surprise when I was presented with a bill for $5.89 after my five buck discount. After 20 minutes, I got my order and drove the five minutes home to cold fries and a broken hamburger bun. Yuck. Overpriced, lack of menu prices. Your coupon bait won’t work to draw customers because there isn’t much value to it at those prices. It will be a long time before I visit again.

3 adults, 2 toddlers. We placed the order, received our drinks and waited and waited and waited for the food. The server checked back and told us the food should be up any minute. We waited and waited. Finally she came by and said she placed the order at 10:07 and the kitchen LOST the ticket. But she said they were "on it". By now it's 10:35 and the toddlers are REALLY getting restless. She brought one toddler's pancakes, then the other toddlers breakfast. The 3 adults still were waiting. Totally unacceptable.

Food was great but the value was HORRIBLE. You guys need to rethink the value of a pancake! $12.00 for 4 (four) pancakes. I don't think I'll ever come back unless the prices change to a fair and better value. With social media now a days its not hard for me to spread the word of my experience at one of your locations. I can go to Denny's and get bottomless pancakes for $4.00. This shows me you don't know your competitors and your out of touch with hard working Americans. However, the staff were great and friendly. Hii was attentive and super quick getting our order correct and to our table. The manager on duty Meegan was very apologetic when we said something about the bill.

We were seated at booth nearest server station. Our server Karen, did not once stop by to see how things were or if we needed a drink refill even though both my wife and I had put our empty glasses near the edge of the table to signify refills!! She walked directly by our table easily 10 times to enter and leave the server station and completely ignored our empty glasses. When she finally acknowledged our existence long enough to give us our check my wife asked why she had not once asked about drink refills. Without making eye contact with us she told us she didn't know we wanted refills and gave us an apology that sounded more like "leave me alone" than "I'm truly sorry!! When paying the bill I talked to the manager about Karen's service and attitude and he seemed shocked. He told me she has been at Shari's for 10 years and actually trains new servers (a scary thought to me!) My food was fine but my wife ordered your fried green tomato burger and the burger was overcooked and very dry and the fries were cold which tells me the fries sat there on the plate while they were overcooking the burger. We are loyal Shari's customers at a different site but will certainly avoid this 1

Dining area was a mess. the Counter seats the dishes from previous customers were still on the counter. Watching the Waitstaff and cooks interact was a mess. Mostly the cooks were ignoring the servers and not being very helpful when asking questions. The counters where shakes/salads were made was a mess.

Our waitress provided terrible customer service. It took a long time to place our order including ordering drinks. She made us feel like she didn't want to be waiting on us. She went to the table next to us about 6 times during our visit & only came back to the table one time because we had to call her over as bacon was missing from one of my child plates & we needed refills on our water. Every other time we've been top this Shari's it has been exceptional service so we were very disappointed.

When I came into the restaurant, I was greeted and seated very fast. I wanted for my drink. I was some time before the server came back with drink and to take my order. During that time a couple came in and was seated. I arrived at 6:25 pm. The couple order was beginning to be delivered before my order was taken. It was the standard prime rib dinner. I was served around 6:45 pm. the server came back twice to let me know that my order was cooking. The couple received their complete order 10 -12 minutes before mine. I have no idea why I was not served long before the couple, since it looked like they had the same order--prime rib. I go there offend and it varies the length of the time you order to the time it arrives at the table. I am not complaining, but I think it is not due to the number of customers.

I placed an online order for two pie shakes. The order was placed with more than an hours notice. When I arrived to pick up my shakes, the server did not know that I had placed an online order. She started to prepare my shakes and realized they did not have the correct to go cups for the shakes. Instead she had to use a coffee cup and childrens cup for the shakes. By doing so, I opted out of whip cream on my shakes.
