The old quiche recipes were so much better. I keep trying to see if improvements have been made, but this time I even had mushrooms in my quiche lorraine and that's not one of the normal ingredients. I loved the ham and cheese in the old, now the flavor and texture just aren't as good. I wish this could be improved. Why mess with a good thing to make something that's not as good?!

My server made the experience uncomfortable and I felt very unwelcomed. She had smiles for everyone but only reacted to me with deadpan abruptness. She rushed me through even though the restaurant was not full and there were customers taking a leisurely time with their laptops. For them she had friendly banter and smiles, for me just "get her outta here" and deadpan abrupt questions. It is not the first time I've had extremely poor service at Shari's locations. I won't be going back. There was no reason. I go out of my way to be sweet to wait staff, I don't look like a trouble maker (I'm a 50 year paralegal) and if I had been given relatively decent service, I'm a good tipper.

it took over 45 minutes to get our food once we ordered. We ordered an omelet, patty melt and chicken salad. It took over 10 minutes to get seated. One of the 3 meals was a chicken salad with the dressing to be on the side. The dressing was in the salad. While we waited for a table, there must have been 4-5 tables that needed to be cleared and we never saw a bus boy. The waitress said there were 2 new cooks as the excuse . She did offer each of us a free slice of pie.

After being seated I was brought hot tea, once I took a sip I noticed red lipstick on the cup. When the server came to take our order it was brought to her attention and simply dismissed and we were encouraged to proceed with our order, without even an apology. Thankfully, I guess, after bringing me a clean cup I was offered a slight apology. After placing our order and waiting close to an hour for it to be served on the cold side, especially his pancakes, it left me and my husband quite upset. Besides the slow service and no offer to improve the situation, it was hurtful that the server came off as dismissive and condescending.

Bad customer service. Also I asked for no peppers and onions in my meal and there were peppers. I mean I’m not allergic but what if I was!

We were placed in a table that was unsafe for our children, hot food being carried over our heads. Our food was received with no utensils to eat with, we had to get up to retrieve. Our eggs were under the warmer too long. No specials were explained, this was Veterans Day. When I asked the manager about the meal, he said our Vet would have had to order from their special menu for vets. Being we had already completed our meal, no way to do that. The manager refused to discount in any way for our veteran on Veterans Day. Unacceptable! I have wrote and sent a very detailed email to corporate to explain our subpar experience at this restaurant.

My eggs were undercooked both times I had got them. My hash browns were still cold. My fruit was brown and see through. My fiancé’s syrup had hair in it. My father in laws pancakes could not get cut with a knife. The cook or waitress didn’t give me any new food. They just put the old food on a different plate. Out of the whole experience the best part was the orange juice but by the end of the glass I couldn’t even finish it because it was too thick
