so much went wrong. they messed up our order, they totaly forgot about us, we waited over 20 minutes for our check that never came. They made us feel that we where not welcomened and that over all it was our fault. then to top it all off when we tryed to get our free pie and use our 5 dollar off coupon he said we could not use both but he charged us for the pie any ways and we did not get our pie. so now we used our coupon on a slice a pie we did not get and did not get our birthday pie.

I ordered the strawberry french toast and 'made it a meal' with the egg/hashbrowns/bacon. The add on part was great. My french toast was stale and hard and paper thin. The strawberries on top were super cold and a few seemed frozen. My husband had the biscuits and gravy with his meal, which he said was good, but was lite on the gravy. After receiving our food NO ONE ever checked on us to see how anything was, or if we needed anything. When we stood up to go pay, we finally received our bill. The host at the cash register didn't ask how anything was. He seemed too busy and just told me the total. I asked for the receipt so I could do the survey, he said "oh we'd love that" I said, "No, you won't" ....No response. Either he didn't hear me or he didn't care. We will NOT return to this Shari's. E V E R. It's newly remodeled and may attract people, but if they treat everyone like this, I hope it shuts down soon.

I'm sorry to have to write tonight's review but you need to know about this. How does "Ash" keep her job?! If she treats other customers the way she treated us tonight, I'm certain that she is costing you business. She treated us like we were a tremendous bother and like she was sorry we came in. We are regular customers. I was here with my granddaughter and I always make it a point to model politeness and respectfulness to the people serving our food. I always leave more than a 20% tip (if I'm the one leaving it). We did NOTHING tonight to deserve the insulting service we received. The service from "Ash" tonight was so egregious that I actually left a 1-cent tip this time. She didn't check back with us until the very end. She wouldn't even make eye contact! Even when she brought my granddaughter's dessert (which was ordered at the same time as her entree) "Ash" didn't stop long enough for me to order my dessert (much less ASK ME if I wanted anything else, for heavens sake!). It was so comical that my granddaughter busted out laughing! I specifically told my granddaughter that, if she ever works in food service, to NEVER act like our server tonight.

Food order was wrong. One was completely burned. One was totally dried out. Both inedible

The eggs and french toast was burnt, the country fried steak was over cooked and very dry. The apple pie was very undercooked as the apples were very hard. We were able to get three pancakes which were fine, but I felt that should have been "compt" and $6 for 3 pancakes is way too much money.

I ordered from the Senior Menu Chicken Fried Steak with Mash Potatoes and gravy. The meat was at least 4-5 bites, the potatoes were runny, and, the gravy was runny and all over the meat, all over the potatoes and all over my biscuit plus it was just warm. It looked like Pig Slop and when I made mention to the waitress her remark to me "well it is the dinner from the Senior Menu!" If this is the best way you can treat a customer plus cook and serve your food you need to revamp and get rid of the cook. For sure/he or she does not know how to cook nor plate food and the waitress as no respect and is mouthy.

I waited to be greeted and seated for 6 minutes when there were no other customers in the waiting area. Another woman entered and was greeted and seated while I remained standing there. Finally, when my friend arrived, we were noticed. I told the employee that I had been standing there for quite awhile. Instead of apologizing, she chastised me for not making myself more visible and insisted that a party of three who were settling their bill were in her way. In fact, I had been standing there for several minutes before that party made their way to the counter. Her attitude and tone were inappropriate and rude. I was stunned by her behavior. I will not return.

I call to place and order on my way home from work they put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes I got to the restaurant and I was still on hold. I thought they were probably really busy but when I got there they were not. I was really mad I still have them on my phone I show them the phone call and they were sorry I forgot. What's the point to be able to place an order. Very unprofessional!

We ordered nachos for my friend and I to split. We got our food and our meat was VERY, There was barley a handful of cheese on the nachos and our sour cream was missing. We where willing to overlook the meat and cheese if our waitress would have came by and checked on us, or maybe refill our waters, however she only came by to drop off the check, and didn't even ask if we wanted pie (which we did, but if you don't care enough to check with me or ask then im not going to bother bringing it up) we sat there for a good 20 minutes with no one checking on us. We watched our server check on a group of teenagers 4 times, yet never check on us, the supervisor walked to the tables near us but once again never came to us, or was around long enough for us to grab her attention. The funny thing about this trip to sharis is my friend and I where just reflecting on all of our terrible times at this location but We decided to come in because it was close to us and easy to get too. Never again will we make this mistake. I rather drive out to the Tanasbourne Shari's where I know i will get grest service

When I walked in the restaurant there was a waitress who greeted me. I sat down in the area where I could play Keno. I got a menus right away, but the waitress that took over my table (Ashley) seemed to forget I was even there. This is the worst service I have ever had. I had to get out of my seat several times to get her to come to my table. She never once came to my table to see how I was doing! I don't know what else to say other than I hope I never get her again. I would like to mention everyone else was very nice, but they weren't working my section. She missed out on a good tip, as I always trip generously.
