The request for no onions was apparently ignored, my wife could not eat her meal and left hungry and the waitress instead of seeing something was wron asked if she wanted a doggy bag for a meal she could not eat in the first place. Tried to order Marion berry Jam and they tried to sell and tell us blackberry is the same. We have been here before and are surprised we got such a bad meals and service.

Upon entering the restaurant it took about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. After being seated we waited almost 20 minutes before we attempted to tell someone, who did not even acknowledge us at this point, that we were ready to order. After getting up from my seat and walking to locate a server I returned to wait about 5 more minutes before the server came over. At this point the server asks if we would like a drink and we state that we would like a drink and to order our food. After ordering the food, the time listed on my phone was 21:48, we waited about 25 minutes for our food(I later found out our order was not put into the system for about 15 minutes after we placed our order. Upon receipt of our food my wife asked for steak sauce and ranch the waitress ran off at which point I noticed we had no utensils and assumed that our waitress would return shortly and we could ask for some, after about 5 minutes I went to the front and asked the manager for utensils. My wife's ranch dressing came about 10 minutes later and the waitress had to ask what else it was that we had asked for. There is more but your character limit will not allow me to post it.

The new menu is designed to nickel and dime anything that deviates from a few ill-structured combos. We paid twice as much as we have in the past, because we tried to order the crepe combo, which the server returned to the table to tell us was no longer available. The server suggested french toast, which my son agreed to, not knowing that all of the usual combo items would be charged separately as sides. We will not be returning to Shari's, ever. So save your ridiculous cinnamon roll because there will be NO next purchase. I will also be telling anybody who cares to listen about my horrible experience.

I stood at the register for quite a while. Steven the cashier was having a friendly conversation with a couple that had finished paying. I was in clear eyesight of Steven during this time. He did not acknowledge me while I was waiting. I have a cold and was feeling ill so I walked around the couple and told Steven I could not wait any longer. Steven did not say he was sorry for the wait. I asked Steven if he thought that was good customer service. He got a cute little smile on his face and said he didn't see me and suggested I should have gone over to the other register which was not manned. I asked Steven for his managers name. Again, came the cute smile, "Uhhhhhh (Steven looked toward the ceiling very dramatically and drew this out way too long) I think it's Alex." The wait staff was also complaining about the size of tip that was left from a large party. "I should go back to bartending" my waitress said. It was after midnight but I have received poor service at this location many times. It really is like a joke circus. Alex (if that actually is your name) looks like it's time to properly hire and train your people. I won't be back.

clearly the cashier is brand new. on a busy sunday morning, he should have not been left alone to process payments. he was so unsure of what he was doing that it took way too long. not just with us but even the people ahead of us.

My wife and I had 2 breakfast, they were satisfactory. We also order TO GO a French Dip Sandwich. When we got home and gave it to our daughter she couldn't eat it. The sandwich meat was an enormous amount of very small and very burnet pieces of meat. I tasted one piece and it was charcoal impossible to chew, swallow, tolerate the flavor. This is the first time in many years that we get this nasty experience. I don't know what to think, the cook? the management instructions? could you eat this..?

I came in today around 1pm. I was asked if I would like something to drink and I said yes a water and a chocolate/peanut butter milkshake. Came back with water and took my order. several minutes later she said the milkshake was on its way. Still nothing.....about 10 more minutes she brings my food and says she will be right back with the shake. I said I don't need it now... my meal was already here! she said WEll it's already made in a crabby tone. So she continues to get it even after I said I didn't want it. No apology for it taking forever, no offer for a comp, nothing! It wasn't even busy during this time either so I am not sure why it took so long and am even more frustrated at the lack of communication. I've worked in service for 10+ years and taking someones order and never bringing there drink would never have been ok. If she would have said I'm really sorry, we messed up or something similar I would have been fine but I got the complete opposite.

Salad took a long time. (Rested aunt was not busy) then food came before time to eat salad. Food sat and got even colder while I ate salad.

Did not receive complete order. Drove home part way only to have to return to Sharis. Didn't receive an apology when I went back. There was no sense of urgency to fix the mistake. By the time I got home everything was cold.
