Service was great and fast

The main reason for my satisfaction was my server, who was named Carol. She was friendly, outgoing, and very knowledgeable. She treated all of her customers with respect and made everyone feel important. She is the main reason I will return.

The waitresses are always very attentive and accurate in their service, as well as being very friendly. The prices are always very reasonable, especially with the specials offered. The food is always well-prepared and tasty--especially the desserts! We feel that Shari's is a good place for a quick place to eat or snack.

In the past service has been very very slow. So slow that I have not been back in a long time. I was happy to see service has improved.

The menu options available. I could take my time and enjoy my meal. I was able to get drink refills when needed and later I added a cinnamon roll and coffee. That just completed the meal for me.
