Your staff is always friendly and courteous. Pies are fantastic. We love your coffee and always buy a bag or two to take home with us. We are from out of town and make it a point to always stop at the Red Bluff store when we are in town.

Our server was totally delightful. Also, because your customer base seems to be seniors maybe the stores could have reading glasses available (a couple pair). If I forget mine periodically, I sure others do the same. Thank you, Keep up the good work.

The menu options are better-a more natural beef used for the burgers, Tillamook Cheese, and the Free slice of Pie were all reasons that I will return, and bring a guest!

The food was very good and the 2 for $20 special was a great deal, But, what really made this a first class dining experience was our server, Berenice. She was awesome! She knew the menu, knew the promotion, and was very attentive (without being a bother). She did such a great job that we plan on returning very soon. You would do well to clone her and have her at all your locations :-)
