Shari's

Our server, Lacey, was so fast, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and efficient that we felt like special guests. The food was superb and we were glad to find they served beer and wine. The only reason we won't return to this restaurant in Red bluff, CA is that we are on a road trip and just passing through. We hope to find other Shari's Restaurants as we continue our travels.

Very nice staff members. Tried the new "Zenner" sausage links..Outstanding! These should be on the menu full time. Or try some Italian sausage. The sausage you serve now is pretty bland.

Our server Joy was a delight, the manager took a few minutes to visit with us. As usual the food was very good!

The service and food were fine. I did not see the "step down" at the curb and fell forward onto the pavement, striking my forehead and knees. Passers-by were very helpful and the manager did come out and stayed with me, got me a chair to sit on and a bag of ice for my forehead. I recommended that he put some reflective tape at the edge of the curb to draw attention to the change of elevation. He took photos and said he would contact his supervisor. While he kindly got me a sterile wipe for my scrap, another person who was leaving the restaurant told me that her Mother had fallen in exactly the same place that I was laying. I am disappointed that some sort of paint/tape had not been installed after that accident. Am I just the second one to fall or have there been others? I take full responsibility for NOT seeing where I was stepping. However, PLEASE know that the "3rd accident may not be the charm". For a few dollars "fix" you might avoid a nasty litigation. I've had a business. I know how little it costs to correct a potential problem. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SMART SUGGESTION.

The restaurant is clean, good variety on the menu, and the service staff was very friendly and efficient.

Good food and good value

The server promptly sat me down at a table and took my drink order, serves was fast and the food was delicious, kudos to the cooks!

Even with the Mother's Day crowd, wait time was short and the food delicious. Staff was busy, but still took time to be helpful and friendly. Our waitress, Maggie, was especially helpful in choosing what to get for my 93 year old mother.

I enjoyed the vibe everyone working had. Char was helpful in recommending pies for Mother's Day I'll be back.

Food value and taste were outstanding. Staff were the friendliest I've ever experienced anywhere. Overall appearance of food being served was very appealing. We were telling our friends about it later that morning. Plan to be back. Photos of food on website had me anticipating my order. Love the pies as well!
