the choice is between satisfied and highly satisfied. the service etc. would have to be superlative to rate highly satisfied. There isn't an option between the two, so I was satisfied

Patron should be asked if they would like their soup/salad before the rest of the meal. Also parking spaces are too narrow.

Went in on "Pie Day", we were not told about the club member pie special that was offered until we had paid our check. It would of been nice to hear the special before we ordered

The service was adequate overall, it wasn't outstanding. Just average. So I was satisfied but not high satisfied. Talisha at the Red Bluff, CA Shari's location did an outstanding job getting my daughter and me drinks while our server was busy with other customers. She was just hosting, but stepped up and took charge when she saw that we had need.

We have always had wonderful service at this particular Shari's, but on this day our Server was definitely not feeling her job. And please understand I'm not putting this Server down as I completely understand their jobs in dealing with the public is not easy. The Server was not friendly and I get she could have had an off day, we are all entitled to that. As a Parent, going out is a privilege for our children and you want to be welcomed, not felt like a burden. This is just one day and it will not change my view of the restaurant nor the Staff.

I asked the server Nate what the difference between a large and a small size meal and was answered sarcastically wit "well ones a large and ones a small." Will not return if he is working.
