We go to Shari's a lot (at least twice a week. My wife is disabled and uses a power chair as she can not move her legs. The restaurant only has ONE handicap parking spot and on average it is already in use when we arrive. Our car has a ramp that folds out so she can get out and in. Usually I just stop in the lot near the handicap access ramp and let her get out and then I go park somewhere else and we do it in reverse when we leave. The configuration of the parking as it currently is has 3 spots near the ramp and it would be easy to convert it to TWO handicap spots that would both accommodate customers who use a fold out ramp. We are not aggressive or fanatic ADA types and will continue to use your restaurant because we really enjoy it and especially your employees and food quality but consideration of this issue would be appreciated. It was after noon and we were looking at the breakfast menus. Sitting next to the work station is never ideal.

Reason: there were (3) of us in a booth, 1-girl did not have any table-set-up(silverware & napkin), the waitress brought our food, but did not bring the 3rd. girl any silverware, or take time to see that she needed it, so I got-up & got some for her at an empty table near by. I ordered the Tuscan Salad, when she brought it out, she did not bring any crackers or any bread with it! Later I asked her if I could have some crackers please & she did bring me some. All of us thought that it was odd, that they don't either bring you crackers with a large dinner salad or some type of bread with it!! All the other restaurants do this, we didn't think you should have to ask for something like crackers, it should be a given with soup or salad!!

I have been coming to my Shari's for over 10 years. The hostess on duty does not always take care of problems. Most of the waitress's do not take the time to get the order correct before ordering or after giving to the cooks.

Everyone at this Shari's has been wonderful to us. The building itself, however, is beginning to show age and could use a "sprucing up".
