I was not given to be superlative in my answers this time. As much as I enjoy that particular meal, it was not one of the best times I've had it. If I had not had it better quality before, I would probably not order it again.

Did not feel as welcome as in previous experiences. Ordered a piece of pie to go and it was packaged but take home left overs were not asked not another bag to put in to take home. Being disabled and senior it is sometimes difficult to carry more than one container. Also, not noticed before leaving restaurant which is my fault, I carry your rewards card and I did not receive a receipt showing rewards after the bill was paid. Not able to go on computer often to check amounts earned and do not know if all purchases were added to card

Manager completely ignored us when we came in and went right to another customer who bypassed us and was picking up a pick-up order. She did NOT say anything to us, such as, "I'll be with you in a moment" which made us both feel invisible. NOT what we are used to...we stop exclusively at Sharis when we road travel.

Small portion of tater tots ordered. We shared an order and were only given like 5 tater tots each plate. It made the plating appearance look not so good.

Portion of meat to starch was small. Mashed potatoes were lumpy. Much better than a few years ago when the restaurant was not clean and food wasn't very good. Prices have definitely increased quite a lot.

Ordered poached eggs medium and hash browns. The eggs under cooked (runny whites) and the hash browns were cold. Rare occurance at this Sharis

Mainly not highly satisfied because the French Dip sandwich was not at all like the one in the photo on the menu. There was substantially less beef. Service was okay-it was a very busy day for them.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the food though for the most part good my vegetable were cold. Thankfully my potatoes and gravy was hot Nothing worse than cold potatoes and gravy
