Shari's

Told one of the team that the mashed potatoes were terrible and she said she had not tasted them. So what!!

The menu seems greatly reduced, and yet what is ther is overly complicated. I just wanted a burger, vut that didn't appear to be an option

1. Both seats were dirty (even in the 2nd booth) and when one part was cleaned by staff, the remaining section remained dirty (we then asked to be moved). 2nd booth seat was also not clean but we cleaned ourselves 2. I received an email that gave me $5 off any entree that said I could use any other Shari's coupon or reward but the register would not let me use my Shari's Dollars at the same time. 3. Restaurant was recently remodeled and just re-opened. I was underwelmed with the change. It now felt like the section most remodeled was out in the open and had lost its sense of privacy; like eating in a school lunch room. We have eaten at this Shari's regulary and this was one of our worst experiences to a normally comforfortable, clean and very friendly eating establishment. It is only based on previous experiences that we will try it again.

This restaurant recently received a new upgrade. All servers and manager can see people's tables and no one comes by to refill drinks. The staff is very unfriendly and they only wait on their table they do not help with other tables. Very disappointed.

u advertise free pie on Wednesdays but was told by waitress after 4:00. There is nothing written anywhere stipulating this. The card on table and the flyer outside on building does not again, stipulate times. I feel this is false advertising! I expressed my opinion but waitress said there was nothing she could do. Very bad business and false advertising. No wonder the place was quiet.

Hard to enjoy meal when freezing.

The steak I received was nothing like the menu picture! We were shocked at the small size for the price, as well as the amount of food for some of the other items ordered. The steak was not pink at all tho "medium" was ordered. It was too expensive for the amount of food.

Eggs were small. Even added an egg and was shocked at the serving. But tasted fine. Hash browns were not warm and once again smallest servings compared to local branding iron or dennys. Added bacon and didn't know you reheat precooked. Taste like microwave bacon. The toast was bomb though. Great service too. Just not great price for 2 egg 3 bacon plate for 9.69. Plus the 1.75 egg and 2.29 for 2 bacon.

food was cold . i was given dirty condenment and the waiters was rude and the manager said this was good for training i did not know i was there for him to train his staff

My husband and I eat at this Sharis two to three times a week. We have had dinner four times in the last three months and the last two times were horrible. I all cases the dinners have not been that good. But the last two times were the worst. WE WILL NEVER RETURN ON NIGHT. Last night It took forever for waitress Krista to take our order. She doesn't listen, she doesn't come back and check on us. I ordered Sirloin steak dinner with a side salad and shrimp. I didn't receive my salad tell after I got my dinner, I didn't eat it. I ordered golden fried shrimp I got sautéed shrimp. she took them back and corrected my order. I got stuffed hash browns that tasted greasy and burnt. overall dinner the worst. The place was dirty. Straws, napkins, dirty tables. overall a mess. I love Morning-mid day crew. I love Char and her girls, never a bad experience. Your night time manager is a real lazy piece. I will never eat on that shift ever. Your first shift crew rock. Char is always present, girls and men are always nice willing to help. Cooks are the best. You really need to correct the night time.
