Watch staff have the hands in salad no gloves handled money. Food greasing. Service was lousy, rude. Pie was cold, had to ask for whip cream. Also had to ask them to take our plates

The Tuscan Chicken Salad was absolutely tasteless; the few chicken "bites" were tough and chewy, the little bit of shredded cheese had no taste, and other than a lot of croutons (which I removed because of calories) and a lot of leafy greens there was very little else in the salad. It was far overpriced for what I got. It was a total disappointment. Hubby's milkshake was good, but he was surprised that the chocolate shake was vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup; he could tell because there were hunks of vanilla not blended! But it was good tasting... seemed a little pricey also. For a $20 meal, (just salad and milkshake), we were very disappointed and won't be back for quite a while.

The fish was sour , the tarter sauce was over sweet and the coleslaw was terrible --

I ordered a pie milkshake, extra thick, no whip. When the waitress, Riley brought it to me she confirmed that I didn't want whip cream. I said that was right. She then told me that's why the cup wasn't full- I have never had this experience before. I usually do not get whip and normally my cup is full. When I do get whip they usually use a domed lid and the whip is added to the top. I am very disappointed in this. I never leave bad reviews and I do these reviews often and I've never had this issue before so I am hoping this is just a one time deal.

Used to go quite often, Before the remodel. Will never go again. The food portions were small. The biscuits were uneatable . The order was not correct and no one even stopped by the table to check on us. We paid and left, only because there seemed to be no one of authority around. I have been in the restaurant business both as a waitress and a manager, so I do know what I am talking about. PLEASE do not send me anything for filling out this survey. I will not use it.

We were excited to try Shari's now that it had just been recently remodeled. We were extremely disappointed with our service from the moment we were greeted all the way to the end when we went to pay for our check. With the openness now of the seating it is visual for all team members to see if you are low on drinks. Our ice waters were not refilled and we, had to ask for silverware on our table, condiments, also the temperature of our pies were not cold or just barely above room temperature not cold like you would expect coming out of the case. Also two of our meals were the trio meal where you receive your pie as part of the trio. Our server rang them up as separate pieces of pies on our check. Just lack of care and concern and accuracy from all team members this evening very disappointing. Very dissatisfied all the way around.

we go to this sharis quite often, a few times a month usually. I ordered the summer berry salad, the waitress asked if I wanted the dressing on the top, I said yes. order arrives with no berries...I cut up the chicken and stir up the salad some hoping a few berries will turn up...NOPE!! I take a few bites and notice there is no dressing as well. My husband calls the first person we see, a manager, who gets my berries and dressing, after a few minutes of being in the kitchen. When our waitress, Kimi, comes back by and asks if everything is ok...I tell her my salad didn't have the berries or dressing on it, but a manager got them...she says oh and laughs, maybe we were out or got them recalled! She then brought us refills on our iced teas and as I moved my glass to the edge of the table, she said...soo, do you wanna move your straw over so I can take your glass? I was in conversation with my husband and thought just leave me a new straw. The final annoyance was when it came to clearing our plates and she came to the table and said so can I clear your plates or do you wanna look at dirty plates all night? I think she was trying to be funny with her comments, but it was rude

Soup was offered with my meal which was very good until we noticed a hair in it about a third way threw the bowl. Waitress Offered another bowl and I mad the commeted that I would not like to see the rest of the head. Nothing else was done and I was charged full price for my meal. The rest of the party was satisfied except in the way my meal was handled.

I have been coming to Sharis every time we were in town at our vacation home and enjoyed the Sharis cream crepes. Now that I have moved to Red Bluff permanently the get taken out the menu and now have to drive to either Chico or Redding to enjoy the Crepes at Ihop, which are not as good as Sharis. I do hope you bring them back. I was talking to other guests and they shared their dissatisfaction as well. Just to clarify the service is great, I have no problems in that area.
