Meal was as may be expected for the price but still disappointing. For less I can go to Applebees and get a decent meal.

Most experiences at Sharis are above and beyond, the waitstaff has usually been on to of things. Bree, our waitress, was just horrible service. She was friendly, but she didn't seem to manage doing her job. She showed up ten minutes after we sat down, which I understand if she was busy, but she wasn't. She took our order fairly fast. I don't know if my meal took too long, but my friend's meal sat on the counter for over 15 minutes before we got served, and my friend could see her order sitting their getting cold. Considering it was a hot sandwich she didn't appreciate the temperature being what it was. After our food arrived she never stopped by until over half an hour later she asked if we wanted dessert, we had planned on ordering it, but we were afraid of how long it'd take. In the meantime my friend wanted a box for her food, but ended up leaving it there because we couldn't find our waiter to ask for it. I had to ask for a refill which at this point we had waited so long we just got up and paid for our meal and left. Bree wasn't a bad waitress in the sense she was polite and friendly, but she lacked in all other areas a waitress needs to be attentive.

This was Christmas dinner for me and my mother. We ordered the Prime Rib dinner, with a bowl of Loaded Baked Potato soup. My salad and my mother's soup came out together as requested, but the soup was luke warm and the potatoes were not completely cooked through. The prime rib tasted left out, the entire dinner was cold, even the au jus was not hot. The garlic toast was stale, the mashers were the powdered box potatoes, and the gravy was straight out of the packet. The only thing that survived that dish with something fresh. . were the 3 onion rings the size of a quarter were the hottest item worth putting in my mouth. Overall, the worst Christmas dinner spent anywhere. I am Seriously disappointed and rather have spent my money on pancakes from Denny's!!
