Our server JoAnn really went out of her way to make our first Shari's experience memorable. The food tasted excellent, especially the butternut squash soup. My sour cream lemon pie was one of the best pies I have ever had. We enjoyed our meal so much that we stopped at the Shari's in Meridian, ID at the end of our travel day.

JoAnn was the only waitress working on the on the floor. She juggled greeting, seating, taking orders, delivering orders, and taking payment... At one point, there were seven tables she was handling without help. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and how to order exactly the way we wanted. The manager walked up to the register at one point, and didn't even assist in seating the people waiting. My compliments to JoAnn and her handling of it ALL...... Pleasantly !!!

I arrived at 4:30am. Exhausted from driving (today is Monday, August 21, the Solar Eclipse day) and my mom and I stopped for some food before continuing on. The waiter, Taylor, was bery friendly and attentive. He made us feel very welcomed and answered all of our questions. My mom requested an omelet, withoit the milk added to the eggs. Our waiter, Taylor, informed us that it typically comes with milk, but the cook could make it as requested. The food came out quickly and tasted AMAZING!!!! The entire restaurant was clean and smelled good. The womens bathroom was well maintained. This was the PERFECT stop to rejuvenate before heading on the the Grand Tetons. I am so happy that we stopped here. Well done!!!!
