The friendliest and most competent staff are found at Shari's in Idaho Falls. The Manager is very nice to deal with. Jo is a delight and full of personality and expertise. She is a friend as well as the best waitress found anywhere in Idaho Falls.

I like JoAnn. She is very nice and helpful and always happy to see us. I come in with a group. JoAnn always has our table ready for us.

I ordered online and the food was hot and ready when I arrived, which was actually a few minutes early. The service was quick. The food was delicious and just as ordered.

The convenience of the location and access to rig parking and most of all is Jo my waitress. Jo makes my dining experience absolutely wonderful leaving me only to want more. Bravo!! Jo is such an enlightening person!!
