Shari's

The waitress was exceptionally helpful and attitive making our experience with our dinning with Shari's very enoyable and we hope to keep coming back to enjoy more meals wth the friendly staff.

JoAnn remembers us as regular customers and jokes around with us.

The waitress (Jo) was very knowledgeable about the food and the menu. I was impressed. She was very willing to change things if they were not right and she ant to take the blame.

There was only one waitress, Jo, and when we arrived she was busy taking orders from a large party. She acknowledged us and told us she would be right with us. There was also a customer waiting to pay. Jo did a great job seating us promptly, handling the paying customer, and getting the order in for the large party. She was friendly and efficient. There wasn't anyone to clean tables at the time either and she began to handle that when things calmed down. The food was delivered promptly and hot, and was delicious. I had the quiche, fruit and English muffin, and my husband had the ham, eggs, and hash browns. We live in Montana, but when we are traveling and stay in Idaho Falls we eat at Shari's.

The server was the main reason for our high marks. She was busy, but never missed a beat.
