I always receive great service here! Very attentive staff, fast service, and high quality food. The only local restaurant where the staff tries to remember your first name so they can greet you with it on your next visit. That's why I am a return customer.

I am a small business owner that has traveled 40 - 42 weeks per year for the past 15 years. When I return from a trip my bride and I always look forward to going out to breakfast to catch up on what has transpired during the week. Our favorite place for breakfast in Idaho Falls is Shari's on Broadway. The store is always clean and organized, and the food is quite tasty and nutritious. What we enjoy most is the staff, especially JoAnn and Renee. Without a doubt, these are two of the best I have seen in all of my travels. In my opinion these two could be corporate trainers for Shari's, training other facility staff in customer service and retention, I do hope that someday you can come to Idaho Falls and have the opportunity to meet them. Jo was a FANTASTIC server. She normally works the breakfast shift, but she ended up working a double shift. She presented herself with a smile and great sense of humor. I would suggest giving her proper kudos for all she does. She hustles with the best of them.
