Shari's

The half chicken sandwich came out on dry, white bread (which may have been a result of sitting under a heat lamp) instead of whole wheat as listed on the menu. Our waitress quickly had it replaced with a new sandwich. Another order of quiche, was cold, but our waitress took it back to the kitchen and had it heated sufficiently.

Too cold inside. Shari's is always too cold.

Order took a long time and restaurant was not busy Took a long time for server to bring check. She seemed new. Past visits have had excellent, friendly service.

the stuffed hash-browns were overcooked and too crispy. I also missed the regular jam and had the strawberry jam.

AIR CONDITIONING WAS TOO COLD.

Everything must be perfect for me to rate overall Highly Satisfied. While my experience was satisfactory and I will likely return, it was not perfect. Very few of my dining experiences are perfect!

Maybe understaffed. Long wait for drinks and to pay cashier, given no line at cashier. Floors need sweeping before normal dinner hours. Table had some residue from previous guests.

Shari's is a very good restaurant. I eat there often with my friends. The newer waitress is still getting used to working there. I was under the impression that blintzes were more crepe like instead of a rolled pancake.

It wastn't that busy and took a long time to get drinks and not satisfied with strawberry lemonade after replacing it with another one. Then took a long time to get the order in and to get our order of food on the table. Not the friendliest waitress either.
