Service was a little slower today but pretty good

Great food and service

It was an ok visit. Nothing stuck out as great. Prime rib tasted good but overdone

Greeted by manager on duty , was pleasant and fun , server Cheyenne was great .. then there was a problem between server and manager, over customer service of some sort .. manager went to server very upset server tried to explain what help she was giving the customer and manager got very upset said things to her and caused tension server tried to explain again manager got rude and had this conversation in area where guests could hear manager did not drop the situation either and had 2 more conversations in area where others could hear .. I'm over 25 years as server and this situation should of been dealt with privately, I felt embarrassed for our server it was an uncomfortable situation .. my opinion server did nothing wrong but try to help guest surprised manager acted this way just feel bad for server and wanted to let someone know

the steak I took home tasted burlnt because of the burnt grill marks, but the steak was cooked medium. This was a take out order.

The Cannolni was not made with Crapes as in the picture it was made with pancakes therefore more filling than I wanted. Also bacon with the cannolni was to be 2.99 but was charged 4.19. I still would go again. My husband's meal was very good.

I ordered the hash brown platter with the New York Steak. The Steak was cooked to my liking, but the flavor was off. It tasted like the firebox of the grill was full of residue from previous day's activities. My assessment of the appearance told me the grill had been scraped prior to my steak, but the flavor was masked by charred and over cooked smoke. This indicates residue in the firebox that affects the overall flavor of everything that is presented to the grill

the hash browns were almost burnt very crunchy, i mentioned it to the waitress but they were experiencing that their main cook was out, it took a long time to get our food

The server did not check up very often and when she came by, our water and soda were empty and she did not offer to refill them. I had to ask each time.

The mashed potatoes that I had with my chicken strips tasted like they were in the warmer for too long. Did not finish the potatoes after about half way through them. MY wife's breakfast bistro did not look very good nor did it look like the picture on your menu. Looked really dry. You usually have good food. Also the $5.00 promo was not loaded on our card like our E-mail said.
