We ate at Sharis at about 4 p.m. on December 18th. About 10:00 P.M. I began to throw up! By morning I began to experience severe cramping and diarrhea. I was ill for 72 hours. It may have been the fish or the batter.

The prime rib French dip had a huge grissly piece of meat in it. It was overdone and microwaved on top of it. Very disappointing

you rise price of the Cuban sandwich and made it smaller. Order side fruit for 1 extra and got 3 tiny slices of not ripe fruit very disappointing. Can go to O'Brady next door and get off the Senior menu a half sandwich that bigger then your full side sandwich and not pay extra for something else other then fry's. Your portions are lot smaller and cost a lot more.

I ordered an appetizer, it came with our meal instead of before. My fries were raw and my husbands biscuits were so dry he could not cut them with a fork. As soon as our food arrived, the waitress threw down the bill and ran off to take a break. I wanted a slice of pie, it’s actually why we went but was unable to even get a waitress to talk to me.

I got the the Thanksgiving special to-go.15-20 min wait wasn't too bad. However, I'd hate to see what the wait would have been if you all were actually packed at lunchtime. My problem is that 1/2 turkey and 1/2 ham is not an option. Why not? Secondly, I opted for the ham. It did not taste good. It tasted like a canned ham. Lastly, the stuffing was not tasty, either. That's it for this single guy getting a Thanksgiving meal from Shari's-Idaho Falls again. I'll skip Christmas there.

server seated us then promptly ignored us for twenty minutes, at which point she finally took our drink orders. Several minutes after that, the other server noticed we still didn't have our drinks, took the order again, and had to wait another fifteen minutes to get our food ordered. The food came at uneven intervals, she forgot half the order, and we had to wait almost half an hour for a refill on our drinks. Kia, however, was the saving grace of the evening. She paid attention to our table despite it not being hers, made sure all our food arrived (even though it did get to the table cold and not entirely accurate).

Drinks were not refilled, waitress did not check on us, no one came to give us our check, and it was loud and other customers were rude.

I was with another couple and we were ordering under two separate bills when the waitress took the order she took the order from the other bill first which is fine. Then she took my order. first of all she was disgusted with me because I didn't understand I had to have a quiche or a sandwich along with it. I thought I could do a soup and salad. So then I decided against the salad and ordered a Chicken Salad Sandwich and a Potato Soup. The other lady in the party ordered a Green Salad and a Chicken BLT. When she brought the meal out she handed her the Chicken Salad Sandwich and me the Chicken BLT and I told her no this isn't my sandwich and she insisted "No that is what you ordered" and I said no and she kept insisting until I finally said ok I am just the customer evidently the customer is not right here. The other person at the table had already started eating the sandwich given to her so we could not trade. I was so disgusted I took the sandwich home and threw it away. I normally love your restaurant but I do not want this lady to wait on me ever again please.
