To be honest we try and eat here always hoping it will get better, but never does whether its no help, food is not cooked good and tastefully, staffing problem, employees that are act importantly as far as what I would think is the protocol of your business. Where are your managers or management? I have called and been told they would suggest not placing and order as the wait is to long....or cant give time when done. I think at this point I will just go to your competitors as it is apparent you as a business do not care, management doesn't care nor do your employees. Things seem to run down hill and why should I care if you don't care? Just a shame for years it has been run half assed.

First time to a Shari's new to Idaho falls.. the service was not good. Had to wait until the glasses were washed for refills on drinks. Did not bring all condiments asked for had to ask twice. Service was slow. Waitress was very friendly. Needs someone making sure that the servers have what they need to complete customer orders at all times.

I places my order and we waited for it to come out. While waiting the server came to the table and asked if I wanted pancakes toast or French toast, not knowing it took the hash browns off, this was not explained to me. I ordered what I wanted and then without my knowledge was forced to change my order. We had two servers, one was new and still in training, she offered to fix the problem and apologized for the mistake she had made. A few minutes later Joann the other server came over and rudely informed us we would not be getting the order fixes unless we paid extra. I don't feel I should have to pay for someone else's mistake i placed the order i wanted and was later askes to change it without knowing it changed the order compleatly so I declined and just settled for what they gave me. The manager did give us a discount after explaining our problem and I felt he was more helpful then the server was. I just feel the situation could have been handled differently. The food was delisious, and the manager was friendly.

Waitress did not check back to see if we needed more water and any condiments with our food when it was brought out. General Manager was very rude and unprofessional when processing our payments. Would be unlikely we would return.

Weren't ready to order the second we were seated so it seemed like she forgot about us. when I ordered my potatoes without gravy & asked her to be sure they were hot she argued with me saying they are extremely hot but when they arrived they were luke warm. Also was not told there would be an extra charge for a different soup than your soup of the day. I could not eat either of the other choices. Did not ask to refill my coffee but brought me the pot at the end when we ordered pie, when we were ready to leave.

Sat in the restaurant for 2 hours with no refills no silverware no food asked the waitress if we could get someone to help us she said she was pregnant and the other one was new?

We were seated and received our beverages. After placing our order it took 30 to 40 minutes to get some of our food. It was cold, undercooked, and the soup we wanted was gone. It took another 10 minutes to receive the last plate of food.

The lack of management skills is terrible.! The server checked back once, then waited for 15 minutes finally went and asked for a refill on my mother's drink. The check was quick to come but cashing out was ridiculous, waiting in line while the lobby fills up and no manager or hostess to be seen. Very disappointed.

We ordered the meat-lovers skillet, the menu clearly states that it comes with pancakes, french toast, toast or biscuits & gravy. We ordered pancakes. She brought us toast. We said that is not what we ordered. The waitress was very annoyed and said "it doesn't come with pancakes, we have to serve what the computer says" and walked off. We didn't see her again until she flew by and dropped the bill on the table. Very poor service. I have always had a good experience at Sharis before, but this is probably the last time I'll go there, just because I am not used to such poor service and behavior.

The chicken and waffles was very cold when it came out. One plate was forgotten about but there wasn't an apology or even an acknowledgment that it was forgotten. When the plate finally came out (after the entire table was half way done with their meals) the burger had a sauce that was not mentioned on the burger. The server came once to bring a water pitcher and then never checked back on the table for refills. We were never asked how our food was, server never came back after re-heating the chicken and waffles. We had to have the counter split the check because we never received the check until we were standing at the front waiting to pay.
