Shari's

The food is always good, we go on Sunday mornings. The staff is always attentive. The service is fast, and the order is always right.

Shannon was wonderful. Despite the fact that we were a fairly large group very late at night, she was nothing but incredibly helpful. Despite spills and frustrations, she patiently ensured we had everything we needed, be it coffee, hot chocolate, or lots of extra napkins.

This is not the closest Shari's to our path of travel. There is another Shari's on one of the very streets on which we drive our route to a movie. We go to this Shari's because of Anji. She is capable of taking care of all the customers in her area (sometimes the entire restaurant) and yet make each of them feel as though she has no one else to attend to. She is efficient, quick, and yet banters with us every time we come in.

Our server, Toni, was fun, lighthearted, and sweet - made us feel welcome! Also, the grilled chicken cheeseburger (grilled chicken subbed for the hamburger patty) may have been the most delicious chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I loved the slight char flavor from the grill - yum! My husband quite enjoyed his Bavarian burger as well. I love that we can come in late at night and have a nice meal together. The atmosphere was very relaxed.

Danielle made sure she got whatever we needed. She is very good at her job.

The service (Danielle) was spot on! The manager on duty pitched in and helped his staff when the restaurant started getting really busy. It was clear staff were happy and worked well together. This Sharis is close to us and we eat here quite often, mostly for breakfast. The waitress we adore is Sheila! She knows exactly how we like our drinks and meals I.e., coffee with just half and half, extra gravy, etc. This store is the best one!
