Everything went according to plan no hitches, just good food and good service.

Everyone were on there game, food is always good, and we enjoy the benefits of the Sharis card. This is my first time to reply to a survey, but we have visited Sharis for over 20 years and except for several occasions have enjoyed the food and your work force, occasionally we get a newbie who is not quite up to speed , but that is to be expected some times, usually if it is a glaring problem the Manager takes care of it. We used to have a group of Seniors meet at Sharis once every Wednesday but some found the prices rising out of control so now we meet at the Egg Factory in Boise. My wife and several friends visit at least once a week for Evening meal. Sharis is very reliable, when we come we can expect good food, and with the Sharis card.

It was my first time there and the food was great and so was the service.

We have been coming to Shari's all over the country and especially in Meridian, Idaho...always satisfied with the food and service.

Our server Kathy was great! She was so sweet and patient, provided honey and lemon for my hot tea when I asked and was very attentive to all of our needs. She was fast, accurate and informative.

Our waitress was wonderful!! very friendly, great customer service, wish all servers were like her.

I ordered but forgot to state that I do not like my eggs crispy or brown. Mike took care of my sad state and I didn't even request that it be sent back. His attentiveness and professional courtesy is one of the big reasons we go specifically to this store. Your manager should be proud of all the staff! We have had excellent service and yummy food each visit! We were so impressed with the Thanksgiving meal that we ordered a complete turkey dinner to cook at home for Christmas. It was amazing! Thanks again!
