Nicole sat us down almost as soon as we walked in and got our drink orders and made us feel right at home. Then Kara was our server and had a very friendly and fun personality. Overall this was the best experience I've had at a restaurant since I can remember they really know what customer service is

The staff under James Perette's direction are all well trained, friendly and efficient. Taylor is the most attentive staff member. Anticipates our wishes with refills on coffee, notices when our favorite cream is low and is prompt with a greeting, even remembering our names. Taylor is a positive member of Shari's and makes our dining experience welcoming. The chefs in the kitchen are the best in all Shari's locations in Boise or Meridian. We've tried them all and this Meridian location is the one we choose often for breakfast or dinner. 5 stars to Taylor and James!

I was greeted right away and Danielle was very nice and accurate. I would love to have her as my waitress again.

The food is generally good and reasonably priced. The coffee is too strong.

The manager is extremely friendly and as such all the employees are the same caliber. We take all our friends there when ever we are ask to go out to dinner ore what ever.

The food is good, the service is terrific, and we get our order pretty quickly. Even when the restaurant is packed!
