The service is always excellent. The servers are always pleasant and friendly. The food is always good and reasonable. We go to Shari's every Sunday after church. Natalie, our server is outstanding and we always ask for her.

We had a great server! Natalie patiently and professionally served us very well. She checked back on us several times, brought extra napkins for us, changed my drink order with no problems. She was friendly, hardworking and attentive. Our food was delicious. My husband ordered from the senior menu and as always received a wonderful dinner that we could afford. I treated myself to a waffle, eggs, and bacon. Yum! I had been craving a waffle and this one was perfect. My eggs were fried perfect too and the bacon was delicious. We were checked out by the manager. He is always so nice and knowledgeable. We really like him. He is so hardworking! It was he who had picked up our dirty plates. That is a real special manager. We will be back to our favorite restaurant!

The server, Joeseph, was extremely attentive and remembered me despite me not being at that location in several weeks. He was well below his pay grade.
