It was soooo awesome !!!

Every time I visit this institution I have never been disappointed before worth yr money

The host was busy doing other things to help waitresses. There were empty tables for people. I was satisfied with our wait time. He made sure that the waitresses weren't too busy to get to your table in a reasonable time.

Service and pricing is satisfactory but the coffee we’ve been giving the last 3-4 visits have been too strong to enjoy. We’ve attempted to add water/ sugar and other creamers with no improvement. It is just to strong and bitter. We’ve discontinued going to other breakfast restaurants because of the coffee. We like Shari’s location but will not return unless the coffe improves.

It is a very comfortable nice restaurant.

The servers tend to check a little too often about the taste of the food or our satisfaction otherwise, about the just-served food. Sometimes the inquiry comes almost immediately, even before I've taken a bite. Of course this varies somewhat from server to server. Though our tendency is not to complain even if there is slight variation from what we expected (rare, vs medium rare or medium well for meat), we might bring to the server's attention if something is too far off our expectations. No complaints really about the quality and consistency of the food preparation. But 4 times checking about our satisfaction is a bit intrusive.

WE were told when we were finally greeted that it would take a while to seat us because they were short a cook. the restaurant was not full and there were a lot of empty tables. it took another 15 minutes to be seated. we were the only people in line and the table that we were seated at had been empty and ready the entire team. When we ordered dinner we were disappointed to learn that they had already run out of food items including potatoes. Things were very chaotic
