I asked our server if we needed the newspaper coupon to take advantage of 2 for $25.00. She said she would check with the manager and never came back with an answer. Also although she said to take our time she never waited to see if we had any questions or needed anything else.

Shari's is a cafe and I had a cafe experience. No problems.

We weren't expecting to have to answer this question. I give credit on exceptional but am perfectly happy with a really good experience. The staff here is always really good; better than most!

Wanted a soup that you were all out of. The host seated me and the server never helped me. She was too busy and I understand that. Overall, I wanted a soup on your menu but they were all out.
