We experienced some lack of good customer service when we witnessed an elderly couple mistreated by a server by being asked to walk back to the main entrance to then be seated by another server in the same area they had originally walked to. My steak was tender and good tasting, but was an unusual cut/shape. Our server was great as always, but I wish most of the servers were that way.

The food took long to get and the portions have gotten smaller, but the price is the same.

I was meeting someone their for lunch with my kids. The person we were meeting had already gotten a table. When I walked in with my children the waitresses were too busy to even address that we were there. So my children went looking for our the person we were meeting. At that point a waitress finally acknowledged my children asking them if they were going to the bathroom. I told her no. She looked disgusted and walked off not once offering to help us find who we were looking for. To end our experience we waited a long time for our check so we could leave. I did notice that our waitress was in the back chatting with another one. I understand doing that within reason but it was a while.

We both ordered the senior portion of pot roast. It was served to us warm....I would have liked it to be much warmer. And we did not have a roll plate...just a bowl of pot roast.
