My grandson wanted a refill on his chocolate milk. And the waitress told me I would have to pay for it and I said that he had gotten a free refill the last time we were in there. and the waitress said we don't do refills on kids menu. I said I would pay for it. She refilled came and almost slammed the glass down and said you can have for free this time and that it really makes hard for the people who follow the rules everyone dose not. Then it seemed as if she was trying to get rid of us.

Came at the lunch rush, my mistake. I just dropped in to buy a pie and it was super busy. Staff was attentive and friendly though! Overall took a little longer but was totally worth it!

Samantha made our visit very nice. I had explained how poor our last visit was and that James had sent coupons to help compensate for the poor service and meals we had had on our last visit 2 months ago. Samantha was efficient, knowledgeable, communicated about taking an order out and then getting to us to take our order, friendly, concerned...She was everything our last waitress was NOT. Awesome job, and we will be back.

I have learned that after the 3rd attempt to getting a good T/Bone steak at Sharis, it would be best to just to order steaks elsewhere.

There were just a couple people to serve a few tables so they took a couple minutes to greet us and get us seated.
