Shari's

I asked if they had a soup was told yes the the waitress waited till she brought out the other persons food to tell me that she was wrong they didn't have it. I then ordered the stuff hash browns the size was very small and not cooked well.

The hollandaise sauce on the eggs benadict was the worst we have ever had! It was very bland and off white instead of the traditional light yellow. We have been long time patrons and always look forward to having eggs benadict and this is very disappointing to think we will have to go somewhere else.

My husband I went to Sharis to have lunch. I ordered Nachos he ordered Rib Dip. We planned to share with each other. But as he was eating his Rib Dip I saw he had red onions on it. I ask if he ordered it with onions and mushroom. He said No you are allergic to mushrooms and we were going to share it. I am highly allergic to mushrooms and would have ended up in the er if i had ate a bite of this. We told the server and he adjusted the price back to the rib dip price and said sorry. I am so thankful I did not eat any of that rib dip. A mistake like this could have put me in the hospital. At this time I have no plans to go back to a Shari's again. If I do I would only go for the pie that looked delicious. This server needs to listen to the customer closer when they order.

Ordered pie to go. Person who took order got pie cream on her apron. We had to ask for another. She then waited on other customers before returning to us. The pie was boxed very sloppily. Pie was coconut cream with very little filling and mostly whipped cream on top. We have had other pies and been very satisfied. If Sharis is trying to save money by skimping on the pie filling I am not impressed. Won't buy again.

the café smelled terrible;like a broken sewer line....... one order of French toast with omelet was messed up..the omelet was 20 minutes late.............

Could not choose own dressing for salad, received dinner before salads, dinners were cold, son ordered 1 thing got another cuz waitress said that's not what she had put in. 1 refill of water. Manager returned warmed dinners, but no apologies, never received check, when asked to receive copy of what I paid for Manager was snotty. Enjoy Sharis but will not return to this one. Highly dissatisfied is a compliment for this visit

Because I payed 11.00 for 2 eggs 2 pices of sausage and 3 biscuts

waiter never came to check on us, and he didn't even ask how things tasted. if he would of checked, he would of saw practically a full burger barely eaten, because it was burnt. The coffee was cold and we never got the chance to tell him, because he ignored us, and just put the check on the table. I didn't get, do you need a box or is there something wrong with the burger or coffee.

This is the first time I have ever been so unsatisfied with my experience at Shari's. Once we were seated it took between ten and fifteen minutes for a staff member to come back to our tables. At this point in time our drink order AND our food order was taken because it had been so long. Another twenty minutes later our food arrived, which I would consider completely normal; however, our food arrived and we still had not received our drinks. Even after we received our drinks and food, a pie shake was still missing and did not reach our table until ten minutes later. During this time I watched a table get seated behind us and THEY immediately received water and shortly there after their orders were taken. In the hour and a half that we were seated, I received exactly one refill on my soda, and no refills were offered on the water at the table. I have been in plenty of Shari's where even on their busiest days they have paid better attention to the customers. I hope this service is greatly improved should I ever choose to return.

extremely rude, aggressively hostile waitress who never checked on us or filled our drinks. One of us spent $18 on a burger, fries a drink and a piece of pie. Ridiculous. And not once did she offer to fill our drinks. Will never go back!!
