Shari's

Our waitress was so extremely rude. She never introduced herself. Even after she messed up our order she proceeded to tell me that was not what I ordered. She then stated we could have a piece of free pie because of her mistake. Nothing was fixed until the manager came to the table and said he had taken some off of our ticket. Even after this Kathy was so rude. I was amazed by the terrible service we were given because this has never happened at sharis before, but because of her we will not be back.

For one the waitress was rude, think her face would of cracked if she smiled. Got pulled pork nachos they were cold , cheese was rubber, had no flavor at all. pulled pork was flavorless, salsa was awful. over all nasty dish. partner got blt ..it was dry as the desert, could we get some mayo please?.. Usually, i love shari's but will be long time before i return , was very unhappy with everything, except bathrooms were very clean, that was nice.

Was greeted immediately. Sat at a table 10 minutes later. 15 minutes later order was taken. Almost 25 minute to receive order. Server was new with no assistance. She had to try several times at the register but finally made it. It wasn't her fault that she had no help.

The waitress was very rude. We did not get our drinks refilled. Her attitude was very short and had a very sarcastic tone. We were there with some friends from Pa. and others from Kuna and Nampa. The lady from Pa. spoke to the manager and did not leave a tip. This is the second time that we have gotten rotten service from this Sheris. We had just started coming back to eat but after this experience I doubt if we will be back to this Sheris. We get good service in Nampa and Pendleton, Oregon. I have no idea whats wrong with this one.

raising prices for people who are on fixed incomes is annoying and there should be some help as in sr. discounts or veteren's discount - neither of which happens. We are planning to go places that honor both. Do not need to be insulted by non-recognition of people of that income status.

The fish was oily and portion was small. I commented to the server that the fish did not at all compare with Sizzler. My wife's potatoes were nondescript. Her vegetables were cold. Not a good dinner with the exception of the pie. That we both liked

I don't appreciate having to hear the waitress, Jackie, complain about one of her coworkers for 5 minutes while I'm trying to eat my meal. I came into your meridian Shari's expecting the same level of customer service that I typically get from this restaurant and her extremely loud gossip about her coworker was very unprofessional. I won't be coming back to this restaurant.
