My server addressed me by name (I am a "regular", listened attentively, and, even though it was busy, she remained alert to my customer needs. Also, when an issue is pointed out to the manager, Chuck King(?), I notice that the problem gets resolved within a reasonable time. The food is always consistent and doesn't require a long wait.

We always receive the best service and the best food.

We were waited on as soon as we came in and were brought coffee as soon as we were set down. It just felt very comfortable being there.

Great food, great service. I always enjoy the ambiance of Shari's. It's like eating a home cooked meal.

Love the customer service. Every one is very nice and very efficient.

I came to have dinner with a friend and we had Jason as our server. He has to be the funniest and most attentive person i've met in a long time and truly made me happy that I had stopped in. He deserves a good word for the hard work and I look forward to coming back again.

Our waitress, Lourdez was incredible! She remembered where we like to sit and also how I like grilled onions on my steak. She is by far our favorite waitress. Thanks for hiring such a great lady!

The Waitress "Judy", was very helpful. She more than made up for our wait time. I am very sure Judy is one our your best Employees. We will ask to be served by her on our next visit.

Today I was having a rough day. When I came in the manager Sean sat me, got my drinks and made a couple of great suggestions since I was unsure about what to have. Judy was very attentive and friendly the entire time, and the team all got along great. I'll be back, you guys made my night much better, thank you!
