The waitress kaitlynn was friendly and helpful even being super busy I was surprised to see that kind of energy since most waiters or waitress don't work that hard anymore

My food was not the way i ordered it. But you're server Jessie at your Springfield Pioneer Parkway Shari's had such a good attitude towards me and made me feel valued as a long time paying customer. The only reason I am going to return to Shari's is because of her because you cannot find customer service like that most places. So somebody needs to give her a real pat on the back because she is the real MVP of Shari's thank you

The food was great! Atmosphere is amazing! And the friendly hard working employees tie the whole thing together! Everything was impeccable! Keep up the good work guys!

we, fortunately visited at a light time... so, things went very smooth... fast seating, fast service, friendly hostess, and waitress.... we have visited a few weeks ago, and hit a busy evening because of the weather.. but, great service both times... thank you, Judy(etal)

Very nice employee's, even though they were really busy and the food was MUCH better than the last time I visited Sharis. The only thing I was not thrilled with is my 1/2 sandwich was only 1 1/2" wide slice of bread. Someone else but have received the bigger 1/2...Lol

Our server was wonderful. I've been coming to your restaurant for many years and she always greets me with a smile. It makes me smile back.

Good service and good food.
