We've gone to this Shari's for several years and for the most part it was great. The past 6 months to year, it was getting bad. Long waits, even when it wasn't busy. Staff would be standing around and chatting but ignoring customers. We were close to not coming back. This visit was completely different! We were waited on immediately by Kaitlynn. She took our order right away. She was friendly and helpful. Because of kaitlynn, we will be back. Thank you Kaitlynn!

We have been to several other Sharis in the Eugene area and they were fine but, the staff at this one were attentive and efficient even though they were very busy . this is the Sharis we will go to in the future .

I thought Judy and Kaitlynn were both a super great team. I sat at the bar and was disappointed to hear them encourage an exceptional customer service idea to the manager Hans and he said no. not what I expect in a manager at all, but everything I expected in great waitresses! making a customer happy at a minute expense to the restaurant almost always ensures repeat visits in the future. 1 dissatisfied customer will share their experience with at least 5-10 friends or family.

Our server Kaitlynn is always attentive and very nice. She took great care of us even though she was in a sling. She is a valuable team member.

We were acknowledged within seconds of entering the lobby. We were seated and our drink order brought to the table within reasonable time. Our server, Judy, commented at the conclusion of our food order that the kitchen staff was swamped but she would do the best she could. We were very satisfied with the short wait. When bringing our check to the table she reminded us that Wednesday was "free pie day" which didn't cross our mind at the time. We thank you for the extra perks you give to your customers.
