The service was great, we were checked on a few times and everyone were very nice.

our server Shari-2 is great. She remembers us and is friendly, fast and accurate. I did notice some price changes and that is discouraging. It does effect my attitude about dropping by as often as I have in the past. There are a lot of choices available in our area and when one of them raises prices for the same item I've ordered previously, I am not pleased.

Each time we go to Shari's, we are treated like family. Any momentary lapses, which are rare, are easily forgiven when staff are apologetic and kind.

I came in for dessert and was treated great. The supervisor/manager greeted me with a smile and brought me something to drink immediately after being seated. My server Judy, was very welcoming and friendly. Not only is she cute but has a great personality as well. She made my dessert and brought it to me quickly and was very attentive throughout my visit.

Lourdez and the manager Shawn are very welcoming and friendly.
