MY HUSBAND AND I CAME IN FOR LUNCH AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT

Leah was very friendly and helpful, she was quick with our drinks, and our food. She frequently checked on us to make sure we were as satisfied as possible. She made my day and really took care of us, with a smile. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Leah to be my waitress.

I got great service at 2 in the morning Not sure the servers name but I loved her purple hair hope to see her again on my next visit

My waitress was very sweet and the restaurant was clean.

Tonight I was in a hurry but after talking with Kaitlynn the server I slowed down. She is friendly and personable and deserves a big raise for her excellent customer service.

This is a great branch of your restaurant (Springfield, OR). The attendant immediately seated us and brought us menus and coffee, pulling out the chair so I could move my dad, who is in a wheelchair, to the table. The food was flavorful and just the right temperature.

The server kaitlynn was so friendly right as we walked in the door. I dont think i have met someone so happy at sharis and i come here often. She told me that she dosent hear well and i appreciated that. I think its great that sharis hired her despite not hearing well. She didnt even mess up my order or even have to write it down. I will keep coming back to sharis because she made me feel so welcomed.

When we first arrived it was pretty busy with most of the tables filled. However, we were quickly seated and within a short time were able to order our food. Our server, Leah, was quick, friendly, and detailed. She quickly took orders and delivered food without making us feel rushed. It was a great experience and I left feeling surprised that my meal went so smoothly. The restrooms were also well maintained and that added positive feelings toward my overall experience. I usually order the same thing when I eat at Sharis and tried something new this visit and was very happy that I did. The breakfast panini was everything I wanted and more. I thought, our server checked in with us the appropriate number of times and I appreciated that.
