Shari's

This Shar's is across from my office. I often go in around 7 AM. My waitress, Mandy, always greets me by name, knows I need coffee right away, and is so good about checking back with me. Like other morning waitress here, she is usually the only one on duty in the early AM; she not only needs to cover breakfast customers, she also needs to cover the gambling room. Mandy seems to have the shift down to a science: everyone's needs--diners, gambler's, supervisors--seem to be a effortlessly met. I don't know if the cooks have changed, but the quality of my meals seemed to be consistently cooked well and taste good. Thank you chefs/cooks.

Ordered a salad and the one I ordered I thought was the one pictured( it was a different one) . I liked the one pictured but ordered another one ( I thought the photo one was what I ordered). When I brought it to the waitresses attention she brought me items to add to the salad to make it look like the one pictured... No charge. Quick thinking! The manager also took time to show us the difference on the menu . He was great!!!

Our server was so nice, and such a neat personality! A real people person! We just love Shari's! Always a great experience!

Despite there being 30 of us, you had the food here in a timely manner and had great customer service. Thank you very much for the fantastic dinner.

The wonderful woman who we had serving us is one of my favorite servers I have ever had and love when she gets to be ours when we come. I love the food we get, it is made right and they will always fix it if it isnt.
