Shari's

They were unexpectedly busy, so the waitress was only able to check on me once... unusually busy. It was not at a regular lunch time... usually very quiet at this time of day. Yet I was seated promptly and served quickly, and food was very good. I've been going to Shari's for probably 15 years, all over the State. Hermiston was my home town. But Shari's wasn't there when I was. Darn! Anyhow, I almost always get great service, but never bad service at this restaurant. Great management.

Our server, Josh, greeted us with a big sincere welcome as soon as we walked in. He remembered us from previous visits and recalled our favorite beverages. His attitude was cheerful and professional and made us feel special. The food was wonderful,as usual. We believe this Shari's has the best servers we know in the area. Excellent and friendly service in a hometown restaurant! Josh exceeds our expectations every time.

Waitress was very kind and helpful regarding the menu and when asked about different items was willing to share her knowledge. The restaurant was very clean and orderly. Good food as well
