There seemed to be just one server. She wasn't very attentive, and took a long time to take orders, deliver food, and bring the check.

As previously stated the first cashier was very good but when my "real Peach" pie I ordered rang up at $9.99 instead of the advertised price of $8.99 after running my Sharis card with it, no one could seem to figure how to credit the $1.00 back. $1.00 is no big deal but I would think someone could have figured it out.

Your vegetables were barely cooked and had almost no seasoning, if any. In times past, they were cooked to perfection with delicious seasoning. Now, I hardly wanted to eat them. The salad seemed smaller than usual, too, with little variety of vegetables in it. Also, on two other visits, I was disgusted that you cut the amount of fruit served with the lunch trio's quiche, and then cut it out completely. Prices do go up, but when quality and/or quantity goes down, you'll lose customers, including us. At least the salmon was delicious. Praise to the chef on that one.

Overall a good place to eat, not overly thrilled with management and employees lack of friendliness. The Gateway locations always greets us when we come in and most employees are very friendly. Lack of care and sincerity with many of the people, just there to do their job and get paid type of attitude.

2nd visit in 2 weeks and both times they were understaffed....one woman doing it all...seating, orders, payments, bussing tables, etc. So she had no time to seat us (we were sent to a table), she flew by dropping menus as she went, took our order but coffee came after the food, no checking on us, nothing but rush, rush. Not her fault...her manager is responsible for the corner cutting scheduling. She only had time to do bare minimums at each table...she was smiling thru it but I think it was just a decal plastered on by management. I might go back because of the location, but I won't recommend or take anyone special. You need to fix this.
