I was satisfied. The young man working at that time was very nice and we enjoyed him

Eggs were cold, got Toast instead of English muffin, could offer quality bacon over precooked. was seated in booth closest to door which reeked of human urine, had to reseat. The most positive thing was the chicken fried steak and service.

I consider the term "highly satisfied" to be beyond the norm. The service was fine - everything was fine, just not above and beyond the norm.

Complication on seating available. This does not happen often, however, most times waiting on food after order is slow, and sometimes gets cold. I am a pretty regular customer, but stopped going as regular because of slowness.

French fries a bit soggy, not crisp

It took longer than usual to be seated and order. Usually does not take this long. We still enjoyed our time. My husband proposed to me at this location on Q Street.

I don't eat out that often to begin with. I don't go there for breakfasts because I hate your pancake syrup! I do like your pies (except for the crust being a little bit too thick) and you have great other deserts.

once order was given., a lot of giggling loudly and personal chit chat w/manager and cook. They were very curtious and friendly to me and the people in front of me and behind me.

My loaded potato soup was cold in spots and only slightly warm in others. The server was very apologetic and heated it up for me. Also, the potatoes tasted canned not fresh. My pot roast was and mashed potatoes were tasty, but could have been hotter. Plus the carrots and onions were spongy and also tasted either frozen or canned. Wasn't my best meal at Shari's but I love the service and usually the food.

too few wait staff means they are too busy to give that something extra that we go a restaurant for. It is something most cafes in the area are guilty of
