Shari's

Not a severe problem, but waitress did not come back to our table at the end. We wanted to request a box.

Look, a 5 out of 5 rating is pretty hard to get. Nothing about my visit was bad, or even average. The food was delicious, served timely and hot and my server attentively saw to my every need. I have no complaints and anticipate eating at Shari's again soon. These surveys are somewhat dissatisfying to do but I know the employees deserve the high praise I can give them here.

Great waitress and enjoyable company.

2 cash registers. 1 was for cash only, 1 was for credit only. I was paying with cash, and the register was in use by a customer that was slower than molasses. I told them I'd just use a card, so we had to move down to the other end of the counter. Then the register just went out, totally nonfunctional. It came back up a couple minutes later, but we had to re-enter my data. I said I'd just pay cash, but no, the cashier said the register had come back up so it would only take a minute to re-ring my pie. I just wanted to go home and eat a piece of pie with a cup of hot tea. I had worked a 10 hour day and I was tired, hot, and hungry. I don't care about the register, and they should not be designated for cash or credit; they should be designated for the next customer in line... period....

My sandwich was made wrong,I ordered one way and received it another way.I had to wait while they remade my sandwich.

I have some dietary restrictions due to allergies and health issues. I can usually find some options that work for me at Shari's and I did this evening. But I would like to see more gluten free options as well to choose from. And I was disappointed in the vegetables. They look pretty good, but sometimes they are soggy or tonight they were too heavy in butter.

Caesar's salad romaine lettuce was warm & limpy like it had not been refrigerated. Grilled salmon on the side was excellent. Needed more grated cheese. Waitress was too busy to check on us. I finally hailed her from across the room. Everyone else's order was good. Young man came by twice to fill water. I'm impressed with the healthy improvement of the menu and quality of food. We come here once a year when we visit Godmother in Springfield.

No one at the desk to seat us, stood and waited... Did not get water...

The waitress, Amber was one of the best ever! Total multi-tasking, friendly, she's awesome at her job and it shows.
