The prices feel like they went up.

Loud staff

I was with my 93 year old mother and we unfortunately were seated near a speaker. The music was very loud and she had a hard time hearing what I was saying. I asked if the music could be turned down and was told that he would turn it down and little but that they weren't supposed to mess with it. As I was leaving I mentioned it again and was shown the areas to sit where the music was not as loud. I appreciated that and didn't even think to ask if we could be moved when we sat down. It did not ruin the meal, but if we thought the music was too loud I am sure that others do too.

The music was very loud and somewhat inappropriate for a restaurant atmosphere. When asked to change the channel or turn it down it was turned down a little. Then shortly afterwards the volume Crypt backup. The type of music was not changed.

Because I am very,very picky about my meat being cooked the way I want my prime rib is never the exact way I want it. This is the only meal I have problem with all the others are wonderful. My husband and I eat at Sharis at least 8-10 times a month. We ask for a certain waitress and are very satisfied with the place and service.

I was satisfied

There was only one wait person on the floor while we were there. Once in awhile we say another person bring out an order to someones table, one person was trying to do it all. We go to this Sharis often and this is the first time we have seen this.

We walked in --stood looking at tables that were empty, while everyone upfront ignored us including the manager-- and we were about ready to turn around and go somewhere else. My husband said one lady did turn and walk out---but a wonderful waitress from the back noticed us waiting and seated us. She was a great waitress she took excellent care of us and served everything wonderfully wish I remembered her name. There was a waiter also who worked his area and helped her with some of her tables. Those two saved the sale and kudos to them Oh and thank the cook marvelous food.
