Coupon said limit one coupon per party. A party consists of more than one but was told Shari's only honors 1 coupon per person. This doesn't make sense to me or my waitperson. Also my filet mignon was overcooked not the medium I asked for and my husband's filet mignon had gristle in it!

It took 10 minutes...in a restaurant that was not busy...to get drinks....another 10 minutes to get our order taken after I went and asked for someone to take the order because the original server went on break without taking our order. At the end of the meal I had to ask for our ticket so we could pay and get back on the road.

The seating area, food, and staff were all fine (other than the taste of the coffee, which was off). But when I used the restroom, the plumbing was calcified and green, except for the handle portion that people would touch. To me, that is indicative of the overall attitude towards cleanliness. It says, "We do what is necessary, but skip some of the details."

Had to go looking for server to get an ice water and ask for more tea water. Also later when ready to leave we didn't get check. Price for side of 2 eggs seems steep $3.49 when you can buy a dozen for less than that. Toast seems like it should come with Breakfast standard, not extra $2.49. Food was tasty and we got filled. Just would have been nice to have service.

wifi not working, instead of speending money on time card cameau how about getting the wifi speed higher than 1mbps down to 0 need to get the speed higher so the systems does not crash

We were satisfied with our server, Mandy. The problem we had was with the supervisor, Jason. He did not greet or even acknowledge us when we entered the restaurant. When we went to pay for our meal we had the same experience - no acknowledgement of any kind. Jason had a problem when I showed him my Cafe Club card after paying for our meal. He was very confused as to handle the transaction. He treated the other guests I saw waiting the same way - with no acknowledgment at all. It was not even busy so there is now excuse for this extremely rude behavior. If I see him there the next time we come I will turn around and go somewhere else. Again, the service was, and always has been, very good. It was just Jason's behavior that made our experience unpleasant.
