Was informed that corporate decided to not have the loaded baked potato soup everyday and that is why I come in there. I was given my food and water, but was not checked on to see if everything was okay and if I needed anything. I never got a refill of water, so I just had to deal with the small glass of water with my meal. The cashier wasn't really friendly and acted like she didn't want to deal with me.

Had to wait for attendant to even put us on Wait List. There were empty tables and not very many employees, & only one other couple to wait. The attendant who put us on Wait List was unfriendly and almost rude/unfriendly in his mannerism......He had white shirt & tie so I think he may have been the manager. It was a long wait for food so we didn't want to order dessert for fear of waiting even longer. My Ceasar salad looked like someone had opened a bag of lettuce and dumped it on plate with a piece of salmon on top and the dressing was not good.

Rude assidtant manager when I said her co workers nose ring was disgusting she was flipent and kepet telling me I was not very nice.Nose rings s&ould not be allowed in an eating establishment p>riod they are gross and disgusting especially when dshe kept moving her nose around like she had stuff in it. I had a coupon for a free cinnamon roll and I also had an offer on my club card. I was told I can only have one. The offer on the club card states that it is valid with other offers or rewards and the survey say that it is limited to one coupon. The way I see it is that my rewards card is a separte from the survey that I took.

We approached the registers to pay and the person mopping the floors was complaining about the people getting in his way, as he rushed in front of my elderly mother-in-law, who nearly lost her balance. In the meantime, the apparent manager was complaining about a register not working. He seemed to be more interested in complaining about staff performance, than actually making things better.

Water was not refilled. Ordered a Carmel Macchiatto and it was pure liquid, not blended / ordered to go so didn't realize until we left. The manager, Sean (sp?) was called and upon our return personally remade them. My thanks to him

It's completely unacceptable that items such as turkey bacon and veggie burgers have been suddenly removed from your menu. This makes it very difficult for those with dietary restrictions, health issues, vegetarians/vegans, and various religious beliefs to have a selection of food that is appropriate. I will now find somewhere else to eat that does not cater solely to the mainstream. Very disappointed.

Our server was not as nice to us as she was to her other tables for some reason. We also saw a Rat right outside the restaurants window, it was VERY unappetizing to see that right before we got our order. I just really really hope that rat didn't come out of the restaurant or go into the restaurant. The server forgot to add my avocado. I told her about it, just to make sure i wasn't going to be charged for it. She said i wasn't and later she then started to be nice and giving an unnecessary explaination on why she forgot the avocado (because she didnt know the computer buttons and was focused on putting in the right burger in the computer) . I would've been a little more satisfied if she wouldve thrown in the avocado for free since it was not my fault nor problem on why that occurred. I heard her telling others about the survey and it wasn't mentioned to us. So this is why I decided to do the survey even more. I definitely recommend this place to have a rat inspection. For this reason, I won't return to this location.

The Tuscan chicken salad had too much creamy Italian dressing on it -- so much that we could not tell the chicken pieces from the croutons. The patty of my cheese burger tasted odd. I suspect that it was seasoned with season salt containing onion powder or garlic powder. I had ordered the burger without onion because I am sensitive.

This location in Springfield is closest to my home. Staff is friendly and food is good. But, last 3-4 visits something always goes wrong. Wrong food prep (poor communication between waitstaff and cooks), order accidentally deleted (Error discovered after my wife's food was brought out, and I waited 20 minutes for my re-entered order, while my wife had finished her food), inattentive waitstaff (I've sat for 15 minutes with an empty drink, got up and got my own ketchup from the service station). Things are "made right" in one way or another, but the fact something ALWAYS goes wrong is getting annoying and makes me not want to return to this location.
