Waitress Angie 339711 was rude and combative with the three of us who were in the restaurant. There was an elderly gentleman sitting by himself, who ordered a large glass of water with his meal. He also asked for a side of gravy, which he then had to wait for as the waitress saw someone come in that she knew and ran over to chat for about 4 minutes with. She then badgered this guy with a 2 minute tirade about him not even taking a sip of the water as he paid his bill. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but she would not give us the courtesy to wait until we were finished speaking before walking away to get one of the 4 extra things we needed. We could have saved her some trips if she would only have been patient. When I finally asked for the last thing (some extra napkins), she whirled around on me and demanded, "Is there anything ELSE I can GET FOR YOU?!" Fortunately, the manager ran our credit card for the bill or I might have given Angie a piece of my mind. She never even returned to remove-or even ask if she could remove-our empty plates. We like Sharis as a whole, but do not believe this waitress understands what customer service actually is.

After the order was placed, it took almost 30mins to get the order. It sat at the counter 10 mins. before it was brought to the table. When I got it it was barley warm. And the rice was cold. Their was very little vegetables on the plate. I had to get up and find my server to ask if I could get my meal warmed back up.

My burger was so over cooked it tasted like charcoal and I couldn't bite the edges. The fries that I received with my burger were cold and after counting them I noticed I received a total of 7 fries. And my milk shake came 5 minutes after my food and was super runny after I specifically asked for extra thick. The place is not very busy and the waitress proceeded to ignore our table and help everyone around us. After waiting 20 minutes for a drink refill we finally asked for a refill and waited another 10 minutes. Then the bill was brought to us without asking if we were done and/or wanted desert. When we were finally able to flag her down to get desert she came to the table super annoyed.

We were finally greeted after standing there with no acknowledgement for 15 minutes, seated and received drinks quickly, however we were neglected for the next half hour, our order was finally taken and we received our food after another half an hour. The food was cold and they forgot one of our appetizers, I had planned to get pie afterwords, but she never returned to the table to check up on us and we had to wave her down to get to go boxes. We payed for no service and cold food, and the water was never refilled. Highly dissatisfied

At first things were good. Then after 10 minutes of ordering we were told that the fish and chips ordered wad going to be without tarter sauce. She said the truck hasn't arrived. Well, we asked if we could change order. I had orderd the stroganoff and received mine Luke warn and it tasted salty and not so appetizing. It didn't taste like stroganoff! And I received my plate just after my friend had to place another order. She ordered a burger with no bin, and stressed no bun due to gluten issues. Welp, it came with the bun and knife through it to hold the bun!! Seriously?? The waitress said "Oh, you said no bun" and slapped an extra plate down for her to separate the burger. NOT COOL SHERI'S!!!!

The restaurant was under staffed and couldn't handle the customers they had. There was no manager on the floor to help any of the servers. Took 15 minutes to correct my wife's salad she ordered. One of the waitresses was very unprofessional barking orders at the staff members so the whole restaurant could hear.

The food was cold and the hash browns were burnt. The portion size was smaller than the last time we ordered the same food. I feel like we didn't get enough for the price.

The server was rude, had an attitude and made it extremely clear that she checked in on her other tables, but skipped our table. She was difficult to communicate with due to her attitude.

waited a long time to be seated, waited a long time to place order, waited a long time for drink refills, didn't get order correct. seamed to be under staffed, when we left the line to be seated was long, I would have left.

We felt ignored by our server and she never asked us if we wanted a drink refill or desert and never brought a ticket to our table. And we were there for a long time. We we not in a hurry and arrived way before the dinner rush. Then when we went to the register to leave we were ignored for awhile then another server told her we were there with no ticket so she said she would be right there but never came and took others orders and such then another server finally came and guessed at what table we were at and I believe we paid someone else's bill and paid to much.
