The server didn't explain difference btwn senior ®ular menu item very well. I asked if they had soup. Didn't have what I wanted. Asked if I wanted salad failed to say it was extra and it was a huge salad. Didn't know until I received the bill. Sat me down to eat took over 10 minutes before order was taken. No one came by to refill my drink. Finished dinner & took awhile before someone took plates.

My husband ordered a new york strip and it was tiny. His dinner was so small that we stopped at jack in the box after for a double cheese burger. Disappointing for a $15 dinner. Also, someone dropped two pieces of my toast and didn't bring me any more. We waited for our food for a long time. It was busy, but once we got our food I had to get up to find enough silverware and some steak sauce because no one was around to help us.

My steak was over Cooked my son's mini burgers were not cooked completely and the quiche was still frozen in the middle.

Took forever at least 30 minutes for anyone to take our order and they were not busy. Food took forever granddaughters corn dogs were burnt and hamburgers were dry. Never refilled my drink until I asked. Never checked on us had to flag her down. For 44 dollars I was very very unhappy.

Our service was pretty much non existent. All 3 of our burgers were burnt! Almost 2 hrs to have dinner is unacceptable!

My order was wrong. It took way to long to get the right order back. When I got the right order finally it was cold and had no flavor.

i got a email about tea sweepstakes. they got rude m said i was wrong. the fries got changed. new ones are gross. service was bad. she forgot part if our order. i had to track her down for refills and for condiments ect. unfriendly

That was the worst service I've ever gotten at Shari's. There were two staff members helping in the seating area with customers, and not a ton of tables needing service. So I wouldn't have expected that bad of service! Our waitress never came to check on us, and when my husband and I were socializing and eating we asked for a refill on drinks, and said she could just leave the check too (thinking we probably won't see her again after that based on her attentiveness). She never came back with drinks or our check, but I saw her heading out front with her coat. We finally went up front and I told the man in the dress shirt what happened, and that we were really unsatisified with our food on top of it. My husbands bacon was inedible and my food was cold. And I mentioned the waitress and told him I think she just left us. He kind of laughed and said oh, I didn't realize. I think she said something about her kids and when kids are mentioned I tend to just tune out. Then he rang us up. That was seriously the worst service I've ever had there. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Please note that the restaurant was not busy. We were never greeted. It took ten minutes to seat us while two staff members visited with a table. When seated, it took forever to place an order. While we waited, we drank through our waters. No one offered to refill them, we had to ask. Once order was placed, we waited almost thirty minutes for food. No waters refilled. When the food arrived it was smaller portions than we had formerly received at the restaurant and ice cold. Service was lousy and we had to continue asking for things like water refills, hot sauce, etc. Also, the price compared to IHOP or Denny's is high. We receive a much larger portion for the same cost. So disappointing.
