We typically go to Shari's because they tend to be toddler patient and understanding. This is our 3rd visit in the last few months where the food was less than acceptable. More than half of what we ordered was uneaten. The toddler would not eat his corn dogs; they were cold and greasy. My onion rings were literally dripping with oil. Another person order eggs that had butter (?) pooling on top they were so greasy. The hash brown fared no better. We did not have the opportunity to tell anyone. Our server came/went, barely stopping to acknowledge us. I was going to discuss it at check out, but even that person was quite pre-occupied and did not ask us any questions. It was not that busy! I have managed food service in the past and would never have allowed this to occur. My server's would have noticed when a patron did not eat the majority of their mean and would have been required to ask why.

My Tex-mex was cold but did not want to e wait any longer for new food to arrive and didn't want what I ordered to be put in microwave. My husbands hashbrowns were very crisp on the inside and like cold raw on the inside. We have eaten here before now we pay more for less food. The couple that was with us feels the same way. They paid $26.00 for 2 omlets and2 drinks. This is ridiculous

the service time for taking our order, receiving our food and the accuracy of the order were all unacceptable. Plus our table had a view of the kitchen. The cook had a baseball cap on his head to cover his hair but there was no cover on his beard. Due to a high customer volume the shift supervisor assisted in the kitchen. He had no hair covering or cover on his goatee. Health regulations disregarded. Then the waitress argued with me after I gave only a 10% tip.

Cost more for less food, breakfast all on one plate no room! 3 bacon instead of 4 at everywhere else hashbrowns looked good but tasted terrible for the flavor. Asked for crisp bacon and got limp!

The waitress was very short - not at all pleasant. The food took a long time to come and then was cold. The baked potato was undercooked. the waitress did ask if I wanted a lemon, but by that time I was so dissatisfied, that I decided to just get my check and leave. I understand that things get busy. I was not unhappy about the wait time, but there is no excuse for cold food and no effort to make it right. I will not return to this Shari's

Kaitlynn wasn't a very good waitress whatsoever our food was burnt and cold we didn't get our drink until the end of the meal the best part about my sharis experience last night was Jason who tried to do everything he could to keep me satisfied and Beau who had me laughing as I left. I do a lot of restaurant dining in the community and I must say that kaitlynn was probably the worst waitress I've experienced in 5 years. She's very unprofessional.

It too long to be seated. The manager who, took our order, messed up the order for a person at my table. That person at my table did not get their food until our server had realized that their order never got placed. Even then it was a very long wait to get their food. We were never offered refills on our drinks. When our table was being cleared and we were finally offered boxes, our server took on of the plates off the table (it still had a very good portion of food on it) and did not ask if we wanted a box for it. They just simply took it away without asking. It took a while to get our check. After we finally got our check and went to the front to pay, no one came to help us. It was a very unsatisfying experience.

Wait person made a lot of noise with dirty dishes from another patron. We were seated right next to the bus station. Salad was wilted and very unappetizing. Entree was very spicy and this was not noted in the e-mail I got advertising it. There were very few patrons. When we have been here before, there were always lots of people here. The whole atmosphere was much sloppier than it used to be. A very unappetizing experience. We will not come here again. Very un-Shari's like.

Took the family in for mother's day. The restaurant wasn't busy, but it still took a very long time before our order was taken. Once the order was in it took a VERY long time to serve us. When food started coming out my 4-year-old's corn dogs were so burned that the breading was blistered and cracked. The replacements were not a lot better. Both my wife and I had burgers, which were over-cooked, leathery, and arrived cold. My older son had a breakfast platter that arrived cold and my eldest daughter ordered nachos which seem to have been forgotten. They came out after some of my children had already finished eating. Had it not been for the fact that I wanted to salvage the family evening, I would have sent everything back and left. I have never, in all of the years that we have been dining at Shari's, had a worse experience. In fact, the quality of this $50 dinner (after the manager took two items off) ranks below the school cafeteria. This was just plain bad.

Been going to Sharis in Eugene/Springfield over 25 years. Worst experience ever. Server (Kaitlynn) had poor and immature personality. Greeted by saying "You know what you want to eat yet?" Female servers (Amber & Kaitlynn) singing to background music was annoying. Glass not brought with beer. When brought it was filthy with smudges and food particle on it. Asked for new glass and gentleman never apologized and seemed put off to have to get another. Waitress squatted down taking order with head at table top. Did not write down order. Did not know menu (dinners come with soup or salad). Smallest salad ever served at Shari's. Out of lettuce?? Got my order wrong (no shrimp with cod) by not listening effectively / writing it down. No fresh utensils and napkins brought with deserts. Something has changed at this location on "Q St." and it's not good. We will Not be back, but likely will still drive further to the Gateway one. Hopefully still good service and experience there!
