Shari's

Service .... food .... and location. This Redmond Oregon location is my favorite of the many Shari's restaurants we frequent throughout the year. We live in Bend, and prefer this location over the Shari's in our own town.

Our server Effie is why we were highly satisfied. She was a gem. Super personable, thoughtful, willing to learn and admit she's learning -- all the things we most appreciate in humans. Thanks Effie! Keep up the great work. Your bright personality was what we will remember most, and what we were thankful for most of all. Pie was good, but you made it great.

My waitress was awesome right on top of stuff and very friendly. My food was great and fast. Just a pleasant overall experience.

First-time visiting Shari's since moving from CA (they didn't have Shari's where we lived). The atmosphere reminded us of our favorite Coco's in Anaheim, CA that we miss so much. The food is equally delicious plus you have loaded hash browns! Very good. We didn't buy a pie but regretted it later because they looked like a great deal. Our server, Shauna, was very pleasant and attentive.

There was a communication error among the staff that caused a delay in us ordering our food. Once the staff realized that we hadn't been taken care of, one particular waitress came to our rescue and turned out experience around! She knew we were on a time crunch and made sure we were well taken care of and in a timely manner. I saw her sweeping floors, too, which told me she wasn't afraid to do whatever needed doing. I usually don't do these surveys unless it was a terrible experience or to commend exceptional service. She's worth mentioning and promoting or being given a pat on the back! Her name is Stephanie M. and she was amazing!

We had stopped going to the Redmond Sharis due to poor food quality/service. Our kids talked us into going this time, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Nicole was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Even chased us down with our sons coat that we left behind-much appreciated! The food tasted great and came quickly, even with the restaurant busy which is a huge difference than over 6 months ago which was our last visit. We are looking forward to coming back again.
