Stan the assistant manager very great service excellent manger always great when he is working takes good care of us and other customers pleasure he makes the place and the waitress are good to

We entered the bldg & was quickly told wait would be less than 5 min which it was less. Then quickly seated and the Donna (200290) friendly took our orders. She checked on us many times to assure all our wants & needs was met. The prime rib was very very good and priced reasonable. We had dessert and again Donna was very friendly and attentive. We will try & make the Friday night choice be Sharis if at all possible.

The management and wait staff at the Redmond, Or. Shari's is professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make every dining experience positive. They know their customers as well as customer preferences. We appreciate the attention to detail. Jeff Brandon, Tammy, Mary, and Jen on the morning team as well as Melissa on the lunch team are exceptional.
